The new path requires greater involvement of human resources, which are a fundamental part of the project. Different work groups are created, according to their role, that meet weekly with the aim to share expertise and know how, but above all to increase the team buil- ding spirit. As for any change, also in this case some internal limits and resistances emerge, however they are soon settled by a clear definition of the objectives: OEM customers and distributors are assigned to area managers according to a direct sales approach and not according to the business area for which they were responsible until then.
